Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment information is stored securely and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are not yet in stock, such as upcoming apparel or mugs.

  • Payment may be collected in full or partially at checkout, with the remaining balance charged when the order is fulfilled.

  • You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order is fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. If needed, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
