We take pride in delivering the freshest coffee and tea. Because our products are perishable and made to order, returns are limited.

No Returns on Perishable Goods

  • All coffee and tea products are final sale.

  • Returns or exchanges on consumable products are not accepted.

  • Returned consumable goods cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Support Page.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order is in transit, delivery is handled by the carrier.

  • Aliste LLC is not liable for:

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Packages marked as delivered but not received

    • Carrier delays

  • Customers are encouraged to file claims directly with the carrier if necessary.

Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before checkout.

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information or product selections are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
