Farm Details
Coffee from Sumatra is produced by smallholder farmers cultivating coffee on 1 to 2 hectare plots between 1,000 and 1,500 meters.
After harvest, coffee is processed using the wet-hulling method (Giling Basah), where beans are hulled at higher moisture levels before final drying.
This traditional method, combined with regional climate conditions, defines the production style and consistency of Sumatra coffee.
