Farm Details
Coffee from Jinotega, Nicaragua is produced by members of the COMULFAC cooperative (Cooperativa Multifuncional Family Coffee R.L.), founded in 2013 by small family farms ranging from 4 to 100 acres.
Coffee is grown between 1,000 and 1,400 meters and processed using a fully washed method, with careful attention to depulping, fermentation, and drying at farm or cooperative micro-mills.
By pooling resources through COMULFAC, producers are able to maintain consistent processing standards while improving economic stability for their families.
