Coffee from Sidama, Ethiopia is grown by smallholder farmers cultivating local heirloom varietals between 2,000 and 2,200 meters.

Cherries are handpicked and naturally processed at local cooperative stations, where they are dried in the sun with the fruit intact.

Coffee production in this region is deeply rooted in cultural traditions, with generations of farmers contributing to Ethiopia’s long-standing coffee heritage.
