Coffee from Sul de Minas, Brazil is grown on small to medium farms ranging from 10 to 150 hectares, many of which have been family-operated for generations.

Farms are located between 950 and 1,100 meters. Coffee is typically processed using the natural method, with cherries dried under the sun to enhance body and sweetness.

Consistent climate conditions, including moderate rainfall and stable temperatures, support reliable production year to year.
